01 — the group

the group

Eurosuez is a family-owned real estate and hospitality group on the Alentejo coast. We buy the land, draw the plans, build, and operate what we build.

the company

from the land, for generations

Eurosuez controls the whole of the value chain — land acquisition, planning, architecture and design, development and operation. Holding every stage lets us make decisions for decades, not cycles.

The group's work spans real estate and hospitality on the Alentejo Litoral, agribusiness in Sesimbra, and renewable energy — one structure, one set of convictions. More than 90% of every site is kept as it was found.

the entire value chain, in-house

01

land

Acquisition and structuring of large coastal sites in high-barrier locations — bought slowly, held patiently.

02

licensing & planning

Masterplanning, licensing and regulatory processes managed internally, from first survey to final permit.

03

architecture & design

Every building and interior drawn by the in-house Spatia studio — one coherent aesthetic from masterplan to door handle.

04

operations & brand

Hotels operated directly under the group's own brand — the same house that designed them holds the standard.

what we do

01

real estate development

Low-density residential and hospitality projects on the Alentejo coast, designed to preserve the land they sit in.

02

land development

Patient acquisition, licensing and planning — the slow groundwork on which everything else rests.

03

architecture and design

An in-house design direction working with Portuguese and international studios, from masterplan to door handle.

04

hospitality management

We operate what we build. Spatia hotels are run by the same house that designed them.

05

agribusiness

Mó de Cima, the family farm in Sesimbra, supplies our restaurants — soil to table within hours.

06

renewables

On-site solar and clean energy production across the group's projects and land.

the model

each project carries itself

Development is financed within each project and delivered without external leverage — a discipline the group has held since Spatia Comporta.

Ownership is structured for the long term: land, buildings and hotels are held, not traded.

the structure

ring-fenced vehicles

Each project is held in its own regulated vehicle — a Portuguese SIC, supervised by the CMVM.

independent management

The vehicles are managed by an independent, CMVM-authorised fund manager, with independent custody and periodic audits.

nothing cross-collateralised

Development happens inside each vehicle, project by project — no obligations travel between them.
