02 — the brand

spatia

The hospitality and residential brand created and operated by Eurosuez. Architecture first, density last.

the philosophy

from the latin for space

Spatia was born from a brother and sister and their deep connection to this coast. The name comes from the Latin word for space; the philosophy is living slowly, in harmony with nature.

All architecture and interiors are drawn in-house — one hand across hotels, residences and landscape. Natural materials, pure lines, quiet.

the design

one hand, from masterplan to door handle

Every building, every interior and every hectare of landscape is drawn by the same studio. Concrete, stone, pine and light — a coherent aesthetic that carries from the hotel lobby to the furthest villa.

the affiliation

a member of design hotels

Spatia is a member of Design Hotels, the curated global collection within the Marriott Bonvoy ecosystem.

Each hotel stands on its architecture, its authorship and its service.

life at spatia

days shaped by the place

Alentejo BBQ nights with Cante Alentejano. Yoga in the pines, cinema under the sky, padel and tennis clinics, creative residencies. The programme comes from the place, not from a brochure.
